Taking the top floor of an old warehouse and converting it into a world class recording studio is no mean feat.
FABconstructions provided a total design and construction package; creating mixing, editing and post-production suites, ensuring totally soundproof recording studios and installing acoustic panels throughout . Constructing modern open plan office areas and built-in furniture, heating/cooling, kitchen and bathrooms, dividing office and meeting rooms all added to the challenge.

Once a dirty, disused chocolate-making outlet, this lovely Victorian shopfront got a serious makeover.
FABconstructions provided a complete design and construction package for Piglet Productions to suit thier production needs. Works included polished floors, enhanced existing wall and ceiling features and a complete electrical overhaul to suit all their production needs. Assisting with the aesthetics involved sourcing and installing imported pendant lights from Norway and designing lasercut perspex signage to create a bespoke environment. The fitout also added practical considerations: shower, toilets, corporate kitchen and garage.
The client's own furniture styling makes this a sleek and creative production workspace.

How to combine a residential & commercial workspace with style!
FABconstructions provided a complete construction package for a client who’s residential and commercial needs were almost under the same roof. Building a studio at the rear of this narrow Brunswick property with little access left no room for error.
Included is a fully fire-rated workspace with vaulted ceilings, double glazing throughout, stunning bathroom, storeroom and a multi sliding door system leading out to a great entertainment area. All styled with the owner's impeccable taste.
